The 5:30 alarm comes way too early! The gym is calling for a good cardio and lifting session. I need to get my “normal” workout routine back and that means working out 3-4 times a week instead of the 2 I have been doing. I picked up a few new workout outfits and like having new things to wear to the gym and am hoping it motivates me to get to the gym.

I have another busy Monday planned and spent some time on Sunday prepping food for a few days. Breakfast is a Chobani Strawberry Greek Yogurt and a dish of Watermelon and Blueberries. Delicious!
The plan for lunch is to have a leftover piece of the frittata we enjoyed for Sunday breakfast and chopped veggies. The frittata looks a little like a piece of pizza, yummy!
